Today’s Eio post is on the digital projector.
A projector, more commonly known as an image projector, is an optical device that projects images onto a surface. Digital projectors project digital images directly from a computer or other digital media device through a lens onto a surface, most commonly a projector screen. Digital projectors have replaced transparency projectors.
Things to Consider
When purchasing a projector, there are various items to consider.
- The size of the room
- Resolution of the projector
- Where the picture will be projected onto
- What type of projector you need
Eio carries several types of digital projectors to choose from. The following are a list.
Home Theater Projectors
Home theater projectors are made specifically for having a theater type atmosphere in one’s personal place of residence. One can project the video onto a larger screen to get better picture quality, and for the home-theater experience. Combined with surround sound systems and comfortable chairs, a projector with a proper video resolution will make the movie or TV watching experience feel like you are in a movie theater.
